Weather: I was there late morning. It was very foggy and wet outside. Overcast with slight rain sprinkles (or fog condensation...) How Many: I counted at least 9 or 10 newts in one little spot. Cuyahoga County, Forest ridge preserve, Moreland Hills, OH
