Very poisonous, often mistaken for the the edible mushroom called Shaggy Parasol Chlorophyllum Rhacodes

these and/or shaggy parsols come up all over the place around here (plant city). its difficult to tell them apart besides spore color. from what i've read they arent extremely poisonous, but they will give you a serious belly ache
