I am pretty sure it is a Gray Treefrog (Hyla versicolor) or a Cope's Gray Treefrog (Hyla chrysoscelis). Unfortunately it is impossible to tell them apart just by sight, the only way to accurately identify which species is to hear them call or to do a blood test.
