Flycatcher?

Description:

Flycatcher? Just caught the back of this small bird, about 9 cm. It had a dark grey back, head and wings with a light belly. Its head Flycatchers prefer high perches, where they have the advantage of seeing a larger area, as they seek their foods. Flycatchers are some of the most difficult birds to identify, where some species are so similar in size, colour and markings, only the bird's call can separate them from the others.

Habitat:

Bittern Marsh Trail next to the river at Lake Lewisville Environmental Learning Area. https://sites.google.com/site/trailsofde...

Thanks for the help. They are the most common here, but I only got a glimpse and a bad photo. We are getting a lot of migrants flying through now. White Pelicans showed up 3 days ago. Managed a longer look and better photos of them.

Definitely a Flycatcher. Eastern Phoebe seems to be the best bet with the notched tail and large head.
