eastern screech owl

Megascops asio

Notes:

our whole neighborhoods been suffering because of over poisoning for rats. the home owners association refuses to stop. unfortunately owls, snakes, and even household pets, like cats are hit second hand by the rat poison. squirrels and raccoons along with mice and (duh) rats get it first hand. i was very happy to finally see our owls coming back we saw two tonight and they seem to have become residents here.
