Spotting

Description:

Reddish head Grayish body with some darker spots/ areas, but kinda hard to tell due to a small zoom and the colors of the sunset Small build The beak seems to be a darker shade of the color of its body

Habitat:

Spotted in the city of El Cerrito, CA in the more hilly area.

Notes:

I am a student and I am doing a photography project of nearby wildlife for my final in AP Environmental Science. If anyone who sees these images can help me identify the exact species of these animals, that would be greatly appreciated.
