Phacochoerus africanus
The body is compact and robust, the neck is short and the head is long and heavy, tapering to a blunt snout. The wrinkled, grey skin is sparsely covered with coarse bristles. There is a crest of long black, brown or yellowish bristles on top of the neck and back. The ears have rounded tips and the small eyes are set high on the head. Beneath each eye, on the sde of the head, is a prominent lump, the so called wart.( Smithers' mammals of southern africa a field guide. fourth edition)
Open woodland
Although it is not rare, it's the only blond, dark and very hairy one I've seen, and thus it struck my curiosity.
