It's either the Tropical House Gecko, Hemidactylus mabouia, or the Indo-pacific House Gecko, Hemidactylus garnotii. Both are introduced and establish in Florida, and both are highly variable. They are easiest told apart by the belly, if there's another way to tell them apart I'm not aware of it. There is also the Mediterranean House Gecko, Hemidactylus turcicus, that is also introduced and established, but you can tell it is not that one because they have raised white bumps on the back and sides and your gecko does not. Hope this helps!
