No, it's not the T. tricinctus, they doesn't occur in Pantanal and doesn't have so many bands...

And the Brazilian three-banded armadillo seems hair, while the one in your spotting is not.

I'm not totally sure, because there are a few other species endemic to Brazil, such as the Southern naked-tailed armadillo.
