Afzelia quanzensis
The pod is 16 cm and the seeds 3 cm long
Beautiful seeds in their white beds. The seeds are used in necklaces. The tree is now protected in South Africa. Thanks for sharing this Gio.
You're welcome! Here in the Philippines, we also have seeds which have similar colors as the ones in this spotting. They're called Precatory Peas and we use them as bracelets or charms even though they're known to be poisonous.
Thank you Jhan-Curt Fernández! These seeds are just so beautiful. The tree was in the garden of the presidential house.
