It looks like a mosquito but I've never seen anything this big before. Roughly around 2cm in length

Hi Ike. Cool find! Do you have any other views of this mosquito? It would be helpful for trying to find an ID if the back /wings/abdomen was visible as well. There are a few large species of mosquito. Not all of them are blood suckers.
