@LilBunny, it appears you have a lot to learn. This is a Dandelion and always will be. A Dandelion is a plant and like all plants goes through several stages in its life as it grows, first from a seed, then a stalk with a couple of leaves, then a few more leaves and eventually a flower head forms, grows and opens with a colourful head to attract pollinating insects which transfer pollen between plants which allows them to grow new seeds which form as the flower head dies and eventually get blown off to start the cycle again. The plant, in this case a Dandelion, remains the same species throughout its life.

My good sir/madam, this is not a dandelion. This is a dandelion seed head. You see, dandelions are yellow, while their seed heads are white.
