Description:

Sunflowers are annual plants that are native to the Americas. It has a large inflorescence that is often used to depict the sun, for its shape and image. The outer petals can be yellow, red, orange, or other colors. They grow up to 1.5 to 3.5m.

Habitat:

It is often found in dry, open plains and foothills; especially common beside roads and field edges. The plant requires hot and dry conditions to thrive.
