Snake Mantis (nymph)

Kongobatha diademata

Description:

small praying mantis around 2 1/2 - 3 cm (1 inch or so).

Habitat:

Noticed on a plant in my yard. Don't recall seeing one of these before

Notes:

I am not absolutely sure I have the proper type of Praying Mantis. If I do have the correct one it is actually native to China not Australia - Have been corrected by the very helpful Forestdragon, and species name has been updated
