Description:

I'm always amazed at how their coloration changes between flash and no flash. Under flash they look dark and banding is very clear. Without flash their pale skin looks almost translucent. Frequently spotted on walls and near porch lights.

Habitat:

This is an invasive species that is pretty much naturalized in the South East, though I've also seen them in Thailand. Females produce multiple egg clutches over the summer and they're very adaptive to their surroundings. Spotted in Columbus Ga
