Very delicate looking flowers in pink and white; growing in great profusion everywhere; even sprouting out of walls (photo 2). Local kids tear them out by the handful but the flowers keep blooming.
Village Kolakham. Altitude 1868m in the Kalimpong Hills of Darjeeling District, on the fringes of Neora Valley National Park.
The child has been photographed from the back but if PN has objections I will delete this picture.
