Tortoise beetle larvae

Description:

It had 3 horn like structure. Outer part mostly black, inner (covered) part whitish-yellow. Many thorn. Head - abdomen app. 3-4 mm include front horn.

Habitat:

Ipomoea pes-caprae leaf, sandy beach.

Sergio is right. This is a tortoise beetle larva.

It is a tortoise beetle larva. The dark structure are its feaces, that it uses to protect itself from predators.
