We have our own colonies in the SF Bay Area. Especially in SF. In the springtime you see them on Flowering Cherry trees eating the flowers.

These guys are not native but have established feral colonies in many areas. They seem to tolerate the cooler climates better than many species of parrot.
I am assuming they maybe these Carolina Conure (Conuropsis carolinensis)
