Description:

Bright yellow population of fan-shaped fungi. White mycelium traces seems to fun along the tree trunk as well. The largest fan was several cm across at maximum width.

Habitat:

This species was found in very low light on the trunk of rainforest trees in the Pacaya Samiria nature reserve of Amazonia.
