Quick lizard. Very curious.
There is only one spiny lizard like this in South Carolina (Sceloporus undulatus) http://www.carolinaherpatlas.org/maps/ca...
It's probably the lighing to make it looks orange. Most likely Eastern Fence Lizard (Sceloporus undulatus)
