I was cracking some nuts when one of them cracked in half and i saw a beautiful heart shape -lovely(not sure for the scientific name...)

Habitat:

Most common habitats(used for cultivation)China,United States, Iran, Turkey, Ukraine, Mexico, Romania, India, France and Chile(and many other smaller countries)

Notes:

It is very healthy for the brain,it contains Carbohydrates,Protein ,Unsaturated fatty acids,Fiber ,Calcium,Iron ,Zinc,Vitamin B-6
