I have about 250 fungi spottings, and not many of them are identified, and I would love any help you could provide! Based on your help with genus identification, do you think it would be safe to call this:
Hi! First of all I'd like to thank and welcome you as a follower! Secondly I think you have caught an Agrocybe species here. Based on the color of the cap and gills. And on the cracking of the skin on the cap caused by drought. I hope you'll find a name for it!

It was found growing on wood mulch in a garden.
