Description:

Has a purple-gray body and a mottled brown shell. The shell is about 3/4 inch wide. Found eating some kind of fungi.

Habitat:

Found in a Pennsylvania woodland along a stream bank. The bank was covered in rotting wood and fungi and very damp.
