Garra ceylonensis
The Ceylon Logsucker or Stone Sucker is a species of ray-finned fish in the genus Garra. This fish will immediately swims to your feet or hands the moment you immerse them into the water and they will start sucking/nibbling on them giving a tickling sensation. Some people refers this to the 'Fish Spa' treatment :D

I've experienced it on a smaller scale in a few places. It's always so tickling, hard to relax.
