Genus: Cambarus Species: Orconectes Rusticus Crayfish normally live in any body of fresh water that isn't overpopulated. Crayfish eat fish, shrimp, water plants, worms, insects, snails, plankton, and more. Crayfish's predators include: raccoons, opossums, snakes, and muskrats.
