Thanks Livan, I was near a public transport stop to catch my bus, standing very close to a pine tree. I saw a bird and was taking picture of it. Then I gave up on the bird as it flew away, and suddenly I noticed this pupating going on right in front of my eyes on the pine tree! It was amazing to watch :)

Wow, great spotting. Right place at the right time. Looks like you capture some kind of beetle emerging from its pupa.
