Banner or leaf-footed bug, It couldn't have a more accurate name. When it noticed me taking its pictures, it did lift one of its leaf legs and waved it to make me think it was just a leaf moved by the air( Pic # 4). I saw a couple of them on top of passion flowers. Anothe r name is Tropical leaf-footed bug.
