sorry ashey, i will check ranges in the future, but i will say that, even though they may be rare, little gulls are occasionally found in california

This is an adult nonbreeding Bonaparte's Gull which are common in California in winter, where as the Little Gull has only been seen in CA around 20 times.

Little Gull is found in Europe and Asia and is rare in the US. When it is in the US, it is found in the Northeastern US and Canada. Like I have told you several times before, please stop making ID suggestions unless you are confident you are correct, this is how users end up with incorrect IDs. Checking ranges is a very important part to being confident in an ID. Thank you.
