My guess would be Tyrannus melanchliscus, Tropical Kingbird. Depending on the season it could also be Tyrannus verticalis, though. But looking at the breast (or at least from what I can see), it seems to be more yellow in Wim's which would indicate more Tropcal Flycatcher than Western Kingbird. Wim, do you have another picture where we can better see the anterior part with collar and breast?

This is one of the Tyrant Flycatchers
Could be Western Kingbird (Tyrannus verticalis)
