Canna sp.
Since many garden plants cannot survive here without constant attention we have taken to planting flowers which grow in the wild, or rather , if something sprouts up which looks good we just clear the weeds and let it grow! We have a saying: A weed is a flower which nobody wants, a flower is a weed which everybody likes!

OK, I'm going to post another picture of better quality but taken a few days later so another spotting. Just a couple of minutes.
