Right you are, Karen. I was thrown off a little because the patch on the side appeared so much more orange than normal. Thanks for the help and the comments.

I agree with Karen. It looks a lot like a Yellow-rumped Warbler, Setophaga coronata in non-breeding plumage. I just saw a bunch of these little guys. I will be posting them later when I get home and have time to sort through my 600+ pictures!
