Hi scartyscarf, this is an incredibly beautiful grasshopper!
I have to disagree with the scientific name that has been suggested to you. Melanoplus differentialis (Differential Grasshopper) is only found in North America. The pattern and body shape of your grasshopper is different as well.

I think this most resembles Valanga nigricornis. It has a few different common names: Belalang Kunyit, Yellow Grasshopper and Javanese Grasshopper.
