Primula vulgaris, the common primrose, is a species of flowering plant in the family Primulaceae. Common primrose is one of the first woodland blooms and an important nectar source for butterflies and other insects. The pictured plants were spotted in Tzoumerka mountains National Park, Epirus region, Greece.
