Dwarf Cinqefoil

Potentilla canadensis

Description:

Low to the ground and seems to spread over large areas. The leaves are clover-like and the flowers are a little smaller than buttercups.

Habitat:

This plant was found alongside a gravel road, but I have also spotted it growing in the grass of my yard.
