Bracket Fungus

Description:

Bracket fungus is a verry poisonus mushroom that gets its nutrience from trees.verry small pieces of threads can infect a tree or a log wich breaks down pieces of wood theen absorbs it so it can get its nutrience and grow.

Habitat:

Bracket fungi live on trees or logs ussualy in long dead logs or trees. The Bracket Fungi are ussually hard. some Bracket fungi can grow up to 3 feet long and 8 inches thick. Some Bracket fungi can grow up to 50 years old.

Notes:

I was walking on a trail when i saw a dead tree that had fallen down then i saw it. I saw the Bracket fungus that was about 2 years old wich isnt verry old.
