Hello, wsterling808, and welcome to Project Noah. Regarding your spotting, the scientific name for Cairo Morning Glory is Ipomoea cairica. The flower looks absolutely correct for this species, but are those big 'heart-shaped' leaves from the same plant? If so, it will be a different species of Morning Glory, as there are many species. Ipomoea cairica has very distinctive leaves with 5-7 'finger-like' lobes.
