Stonecrop Sedum.

Habitat:

Uncontrollable ground cover. Has spread everywhere it has reached out. Any branch with sizeable roots can drop from the mother plant and grow a new plant. Appears to only flower every couple years.

Notes:

Purchased as a container plant in 2008 and now covers densely in any area that the original container once was set.
