this young hawk sits in my backyard every day and even watches me while I work in the garden.....and screams ALL day long!!! Its parents frequently are close, too.

nope....I'm positive about this one...I've watched his/her parents feed her before she started hunting for herself
Not a red-tailed hawk, looks like an immature broad-winged hawk
