Cuban Tree Frog

Description:

Amphibian: Any of the various cold-blooded, usually smooth-skinned vertebrates, of the class Amphibia, characteristically hatching as an aquatic larva with gills, and then transforming into an adult, having air-breathing lungs. Frogs, toads, salamanders, and caecilians, are amphibians. An animal capable of living both on land and in water. Any cold-blooded vertebrates, of the class Amphibia, typically living on land, but breeding in water. There aquatic larvae, ( tadpoles) undergo matamorphosis into the adult form. A cold-blooded vertebrate, having moist skin without scales. Most amphibians lay eggs in water, and there young, breathe with gills, but develope lungs and breathe air as adults. Frogs are a diverse and largely carnivorous group of short-bodied, tailless amphibians, composing the order Anura. This gray frog, was four inches long, and two and one half inches wide. The color of this large frog, was gray. It had large, bulging eyes. It had smooth skin. It had no warts on its skin.

I saw this large gray frog, resting on a concrete wall, near the front door, of my house.
