I think it´s a Carpentaria acuminata. Tomorrow I will post a picture of all the tree.

It looks like Adonidia merrillii
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adonidia
but the fruits have a more roundish shape, so I would suggest the Archontophoenix alexandrae...
