Oh, and welcome to Project Noah! You are in a great area for spotting wildlife! My grandmother lives on Hilton Head Island. I love visiting her there.

Nice capture of flight on this bird! This looks to me like a Double-crested Cormorant. Anhingas have very long, pointed bills and long thin necks with a smaller head (similar in shape to some egrets).
Double-crested Cormorants have lovely orange bills and faces like yours.
