I believe it's still poisonous, although I read about some people cooking the poison out and eating it, but I wouldn't advise that.

Well the reason I identified it as Bittersweet Nightshade is because the fruit on it actually turns different shades of red.

Thane, I looked up a few articles on this after reading your comment. It seems that Bittersweet or Woody Nightshade is often incorrectly identified as Deadly Nightshade. Sorry about that! I hate to add to the confusion. There is a lot of wrong info online as well. What did you find out about this one -- is Bittersweet Nightshade also toxic?

Not sure but I think that might be deadly nightshade -- Atropa belladonna.
