Subfamily Nemobiinae. Small, dark cricket with shorter wings. Some cryptic mottling on the legs. Much smaller than Field Crickets.
Urban back yard hiding under some dead leaves.
Most species in this Subfamily look very similar and are nearly impossible to positively identify from photos.
