Hi Seema, I am not sure which flower this is, but the bright colour looks beautiful. I also think a front view of flower will be helpful in ID ing it.

Would be ideal to see inside the flower, but based on the sepals, whitish tube and leaves I would say it is a Mandevilla species (there are many cultivars).

Please add description.... whether find in wild or Garden ornamental plant. Is this Small tree or shrub or herb plant or Climber/vine plant.
