euploea phaenareta
Body lenght around 10 cm., life at 'bintaro' tree..( bintaro is name that tree where that cattepillar stay and eat the leaves )
Nymphalidae, Danainae, Euploea sp. And most probably Eoploea phaenareta, 5th instar, close to pupation I guess. But your 10 cm length looks to be a little bit too long, usually about 50 mm.
