Hubbards Small Silkmoth

Syssphinx (Sphingacampa) hubbardi

Description:

Green Caterpillar

Habitat:

I found several of these bright green caterpillars under mezquite trees.

Notes:

Bright green color. The horns in the middle of the body were a bright shiny metalic silver color, looked like aluminun horns. The rear end like a flower. Very pretty. Wonder what it turned into. I put it on some orange leaves to take the photos.
