Description:

It is approximately 14.5cm length. The male has a black head high, which is olive in the female.

Habitat:

Can be found in fields and clearings with scattered trees, gallery forests, forests and barns edges in Brazil the mouth of the Amazon River to the lower Rio Tapajós; the State of Maranhão to the State of Rio Grande do Norte, extending towards south to the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
