Parthenocissus species, not a poison ivy. I think either Parthenocissus quinquefolia or Parthenocissus vitacea. If you take a closer look to see how it climbs, you could differentiate the two. Parthenocissus vitacea "is very closely related to Virginia Creeper (P. quinquefolia), differing only in its means of climbing, the tendrils twining around plant stems, not having the sticky pads found on the tendrils of Virginia Creeper."
