Young bird, could not see the nest.
Near fields and forest
At that age it could be almost anything which is why I didn't make a suggestion but an idea of size would be a great help. A young robin tends to have paler wings with more spots while the young blackbird has darker plainer wings.http://www.arkive.org/blackbird/turdus-m...http://www.thewesternisles.co.uk/birds/r...
ok, it looked to me like european robin, but you're expert for birds and I will delete my suggestion, Thank you for correction and information!
Looks like a young Blackbird recently fledged. They always appear abandoned but the parents will be nearby and watching. They always leave the nest as soon as they can, even if they cannot fly properly and end up hiding in dense bushes. They should be left alone.
