Calothorax lucifer
Extremely Rare visitor to central Texas. The Lucifer Hummingbird is most commonly seen during the hummingbird rush in Southeast Arizona with the occasional vagrancy to West Texas in the Christmas Mountain Region. This was a Kimble County first record found in a dear friend of mine's front yard back in July, 2011
